Ultimate Extender Feedback

Ouch, thats the one thing i can say from using the Ultimate extender. I managed to gain almost an inch but it is very hard to keep on for more than 30 minutes at a time, the noose stops the blood flow to the head and you eventually get pins and needles. I am dreading when i have to wear it for longer periods. For those looking for a penis extender dont buy a noose one. Other than that or for people who can manage to use padding (i couldn’t as my head isnt much bigger than the shaft) this may work ok. I gave this just 83 from 100 because of the pain.
